1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 business days (Mon – Fri) from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify: Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
In original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order #/receipt)
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email tpaf@thepeoplearefly.com with:
– Your order number
– Photos of the item(s)
– Reason for return
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
– Return approval/denial
– Instructions for shipping
3. Return Shipping
Customer responsibility: You pay for return shipping.
Strongly recommended: Use tracked/insured mail (we’re not liable for lost returns).

4. Refund Process
Timeline:
Refunds processed within 2 business days (Mon – Fri) after we receive and inspect returns.
Bank processing may take 10 business days (Mon – Fri).
Method: Original payment only (exceptions for lost/stolen cards handled case-by-case).
5. Non-Refundable Items
Cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers)
Custom/personalized items
Intimate apparel, swimwear (hygiene reasons)
Sale items or gift cards
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of damage/defects
Packaging images
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
7. EU & UK Customers
14-day cooling-off period: Return for any reason (must meet standard conditions).
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Refunds include original taxes/duties.
8. Late/Missing Refunds
